The Ugly Window Contest (“Contest”) is open to residents of central Indiana and the surrounding suburbs who own and occupy their homes. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Andersen Windows, Hometown Window and Door Company, and any affiliated entities are not eligible to participate. By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Entry Period:

The Contest ends on August 31, 2023, at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) (“Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.

How to Enter:

To enter the Contest, submit a photo of your ugly window via the official entry form on the Contest website or any other designated entry method provided by Hometown Window Team. Each participant may submit only one entry. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.

Prize:

The winner of the Contest will receive $10,000 worth of Andersen windows installed by the Hometown Window Team. If the winner is a current customer with an ongoing window project, the winnings will be applied as a credit toward the final balance. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services. Any additional costs, such as permits or modifications required for installation, are the responsibility of the winner.

Use of Photo:

By entering the Contest, you grant Hometown Window and Door the right to use your submitted photo for advertising and social media promotions related to the Contest. This includes but is not limited to online platforms, print materials, television, and radio. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for the use of your photo.

General Conditions:

Hometown Window and Door reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms and Conditions or fails to meet the eligibility requirements. They also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond their control. By participating in the Contest, you agree to release Andersen Windows, the Hometown Window Team, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any and all liability arising from your participation in the Contest or acceptance and use of the prize.

Privacy:

Any personal information collected during the Contest will be used for the purpose of administering the Contest and contacting the winner; you may also be contacted by a Hometown Team Member to set an appointment for a free quote. By entering the Contest, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for these purposes. Your information will not be sold or viewed by any other entity other than Hometown Window and Door.
